Chair Yoga - Sat 12:30pm-1:30pm

Our Chair Yoga class is designed for yogis of all ages, who can not or do not want to get down on the floor. You will get all the benefits of a yoga practice from the comfort of your chair. We will also utilize the sturdy bar located in our fitness room to improve balance and posture.
We use a chair for support while sitting or standing, allowing you to do yoga at your desk, work, on a plane or in a wheelchair. Chair Yoga can be done anywhere and at any time.
Suitable for seniors, big people, people dealing with or healing from injury or illnesses, limited mobility, and anyone who just wants to learn a gentle way of practicing yoga.

In Studio Elenas Chair Yoga class with our highly experienced chair yoga instructor, we will work with you to make it an enjoyable and fun experience. Chair and props are provided to keep everyone safe and supported-no need to bring a mat.
Pilates Body Bar - Mon 5:00pm-6:00pm

Raise the Bar! Pilates Body Bar fitness will really challenge all of your major muscle groups and provide you with a full body workout.
Our high intensity, low impact Pilates Body Bar class is perfect for increasing flexibility, muscle strength, posture, weight management, Arms-Sculpting and boost your overall health
The benefit of the Pilates Body Bar:
Improves bone density. One of the best ways you can control bone loss as you age is to add strength training.
It improves muscle mass. The lean muscle mass that we all work so hard to keep, decreases with age.
