New Schedule and New Classes!

Hello, everyone, I hope you are all enjoying spring as well as the new space! We have some other exciting news dealing with classes. We are pumping up our schedule and adding a few new additions! 

Check out our new classes starting today, May 15th! Our schedule is pumped full of at least 3 unique classes a day, there is no better time to take advantage of our class pass and enjoy them all!!!

Healing Breath Yoga

Thursdays @ 6:15pm-7:30pm

Take a deep breath, because we’re about to introduce you to an early contender for 2018’s most out-there fitness trend: The Breathing class, currently sweeping across the US. Let strength, healing, balance, and stability fill your whole body, and let go of tension and fatigue in this relaxing breathing practice.There is the unexplainable and tremendous quality of mindful inhale and open exhale that embodies all we may truly need to start to heal ourselves.


Yoga For Back Care

Wednesday @ 6:15pm-7:15pm

Achy back? Give yoga for back care a go. This class will be beneficial for people battling with backache, spine curvature and imbalances, gym goers, and people who spend long periods of time on their feet. By building body awareness students will be empowered to release tension and find ease in the back body through specific poses. Numerous studies have shown the power of ancient practice to relieve back soreness and improve function. 


Therapy Mat Pilates

Mondays @ 10:30am-11:30am

This is a wonderful class for beginner Pilates students and anyone struggling with body imbalances or recovering from injuries. Here you will learn proper body mechanics that will help you to correct imbalances and support natural healing processes. Even the most seasoned practitioners will find this class useful by gaining a deeper understanding of Pilates form and learning new ways to improve their practice. We will be using Pilates props such as the small ball, rubber band, magic circle and more.

Kat

Elena's dedication to fitness started in early childhood training as solo figure skater in Latvia, Europe. After moving with her family to North America, Elena has grown her love of fitness and has been successfully teaching and organizing Fitness classes for the past 12 years in South Florida. She has worked in some of the most reputable communities including Boca Raton Resort & Club, The Oaks of Boca Raton, Stone Bridge, Kiser University, and Park Summit just to name a few. Recently she fell in love with mountains and relocated to Boone North Carolina, where she opened up her own studio: Studio Elenas. Elena teaches Classical Style Pilates, which represents a unique approach to exercise in developing body awareness, core strength, increased flexibility and an ease of movement.
