Valentines Day Yoga Workshop

Love your body!
Take yourself back into love with an evening long yoga sadana which will help us cultivate self-care as an act of self love. The art of self care is a radical practice which allows us to slow down, nurture ourselves and enjoy the transition of winter into spring.

This workshop has a restorative yoga pranayama with experience of ultimate relaxation during the live sound savasana or sound bathing. Indulge in meaningful rest and soothing mental calm while being bathed by the meditative tunes of singing bowls.

After enjoy preparing raw food desert with Ayurvedic spices and a cup of home made chai ☕️

Workshop Cost is $35 per person with an optional $10 for the raw food dessert and chai that can be paid at the time of the event. Please sign up via Vagaro our online scheduling site.
