Spinal twist workshop is a yoga workshop with a twist

We will be making our own Khichdi(Ayurvedic detox and balance food) from scratch and enjoy the bowl of it at the end of the class with fresh herbs, ghee and vegan yogurt.

Twisting Poses will help you to restore your spines natural range of motion, cleanse your organs, stimulate circulation and a building block for tissue healing.

As a layer of your muscles and bones revolve deeply, your attention is drawn into the stable, unmoving center of the pose and this ability to stay centered as a hubbub of the world swirls around you, will pay obvious benefits in the yoga of daily living.

Yoga twist benefits for the spine, why are they good for you?

In this 2 hour workshop, we will  explore the facets of spinal rotations in our poses. Whatever you are a beginner or working towards advanced yoga poses you can grow from where you are in your practice in this workshop.

What to bring to the workshop:

  • Body hugging yoga clothes

  • Do not eat at least 2 hours prior to the workshop
