Several years ago, Heather fell in Love with the Blue Ridge mountains and the people here. Since then, Heather has opened up her private practice in the comfort of her home, her healing abode, aptly named the Ayurvedic Lodge located just off the parkway in Boone, NC. Heather's love of educating and inspiring others is feed by her personal journey of self-discovery throughout her life and love of life which adds a profound and dynamic approach to her work. Each session is uniquely and individually customized to support one's healing journey.
